We have more than 230 walks in the Hertfordshire countryside for you to enjoy, all featuring local pubs.

All are free to download and use for non-commercial purposes. Some, such as Walk 6: The Sculpture Trail, are short and ideal for children and the elderly. Others, such as Walk 22: The North Mymms Way are half- to full-day walks.

Many of our walks can be completed in a couple of hours, and range from 3-5 miles, others will need half a day, and cover 7-10 miles. Most are circular routes but there are a few linear.

Please check our copyright page to find out more about the content on the site. We also have a privacy page which sets out how Google uses cookies on this site. And if you want to know more about the site and us, please check our about page.

If you want to comment on the walks, there is a comment box below every walk (comments are moderated, so there will be a delay in seeing your comments go live).

You are also welcome to join our Facebook Group where you can post pictures and details of your walks.

We hope you enjoy our walks as much as we have enjoyed creating them, testing them, and revisiting them many times since.
